Just announcing their slot at This Feelings' event at Belgrave Music Hall, Leeds, on 26th February, 2016 is shaping up to be a big'un for the quartet, this event being the second that they've taken part in for the indie club night.
Their debut release, I Know What You Don’t, produced by Mickey Dale of 90s Britpop band, Embrace, is without doubt inspired by the decade of the alternative genre.
Contagious lyricisms and catchy riffs force hands upon the play button.
With a softer alternative rock feel, mostly brought by subdued backing vocals and ethereal guitar chords. To contrast with it’s heavenly soundtrack are the raucous drums and the clean leading vocals, able to float to the high notes.
With plenty of time to get a bit more experience under their belt, Sunspots are rapidly developing into a huge phenomenon.
