CULT Liverpool outfit The Tea Street Band have revealed new single Marseille Blues taken from their November-bound second album Frequency.
Due for radio impact on October 12, synth-pop track Marseille Blues is available to stream now.
The Modern Sky managed band announced a headline tour to air the new album, with two opening nights at Liverpool's District on November 15 and 16 - with the 16 already a sell-out.
Bassist Nick Otaegui said: "Marseille Blues came about pretty naturally.
"Lee was playing some superb riff that sounded like nothing else we'd heard before, especially on a guitar. Once Dom laid a beat down, we knew we had something.
"Lyrics and theme all just came dead easy.
"About being a glutton for punishment and always ending up with the blues. Marseille being that place beyond it all, you can never quite get back to."
Recorded over a year at Parr Street Studios, Frequency is the highly-anticipated follow up to their 2014 self-titled debut and will be released on November 9.
Guitarist and vocalist Timo Tierney added: "The writing process was different than the first album.
"We wrote it together, with all of us having a massive input on each song, the title and the art work (photo by John Johnson, designed by Dom Foster).
"We have all pushed each other musically. It's all of ours."
