The Dark Lights 'Stop Existing, Start Living', EP Launch, Bumper, Liverpool

LIVERPOOL has had its fair share of fantastic gigs this week and the upcoming week is yet another with a star-studded line-up ready for you all to get your teeth into. This Thursday brings The Dark Lights to Bumper's stage. This London based band are creating a dynamic hypnosis smothering an edgy punk-electronica, making you want to jump up and fight for this very music that they create.

Thursday's gig will be also acting as a very special EP launch for the Aussie-Anglo-Portuguese quartet, one of which has been widely anticipated in the underground indie music scene.

Special guests on this exciting evening will include two of our home-grown favourites; Go Fiasco and Severed Lips. After The Music Manual's launch last Thursday a great buzz has circulated around the talented quartet, Go Fiasco and I know a lot of people are incredibly eager to hear more from the conspicuous four-piece.

Severed Lips are also generating a rather delectable fan-base around the city of music, creating a fresh yet dark take on the alternative rock genre. A simply fantastic night full of brilliant upcoming artists. Tickets are £3 from wegottickets.com or £5 on the door, so don't miss out, get down to Bumper this Thursday!
