BRIGHTON based trio, Gang are set to release latest AA-side single Animalia / Breath Before Death on 11th December via Corner Shop Pop Records.

From their conception in 2014 at Canterbury's Hoochie Coochie club night, Gang have worked their way to the top, joining forces with promoters, Art's Cool to put on shows in multifarious venues such as bowling alleys and miniature theatres.

After moving to Brighton for University, drummer Jimmy Tormey managed to persuade brother and guitarist, Eric and bassist, Joe Hunt to follow suit, settling well within Brighton's basement venues.

Gaining coverage from the likes of Marc Riley on 6Music to touring with the likes of Kagoule and Traams, the threesome have teased all with an eerie grunge allure.

Recorded at Barnroom Studios in Kent, Animalia acts out the beginning of mankind, revoking the fight for survival through uncertain beats and scuzzed out chords.

Groaning vocals from Eric Tormey provide an unsettling wail of despair, adding to the ferocity of the screeching sound almost offering a sample of extreme psychedelia.

Exposing a guttural garage sound, their latest music video for Animalia, created by Dogbrain Videos, has guns, nature and full-frontal nudity, check it out below.
