CHIPSTEAD native, Hannah Rodgers, otherwise known as Pixx is one of the up and coming faces of the evolving experimental genre.

Taking inspiration from synth based material of the eighties whilst adding new influences perhaps found from artists such as Lily Allen or Grimes.

The 19 year old has a certain allure, a sound that boasts a million and one secrets and latest track, Baboo is no different.

Dropping the track on 17th May, Pixx has explored the avenue of celestial sounds, producing a romanticised psychedelia.

Penned about her close friend, Alice, Pixx spoke of how Baboo talks of their true friendship, she said: "Alice has shown me so much about the world and whose friendship I cherish more than anything else."

This dazed offering reaches crazy depths, exploring a creative embodiment of true emotions and experimental graciousness, all this depicted so wondrously in the music video directed by Simon Byrt.
