Nick Ellis is to drop Liverpool's most heavily-awaited debut album, Daylight Ghosts.

LIVERPOOL based troubadour, Nick Ellis will drop his debut album, Daylight Ghosts on November 12.

Available to pre-order now on 180-gram heavyweight vinyl with only 500 copies worldwide, this release is set to be Liverpool's chance to make its mark on modern music once again.

The LP is a true testament to Nick's roots - telling a fable with each word slipping off the tongue, the deepest darkest depths of songwriting ring true with his work.

Nick said: "This music, these stories, have lived themselves into songs.

"Some are like discarded photographs, found upon the floor. Some, like a strange encounter with a strange old face. Others, like those forgotten people who appear from out of nowhere and go straight back into it.

“I see my songs as chapters and scenes. My albums as movies and books. Except, in this film, these stories are true.”

Never playing to the times, Nick has the ability to make his own history and doesn't have to fit to stereotypes, making him a living innovator, never afraid to go a step further - recording the material at St. George's Hall, Liverpool.

His vocals and melodies are modern-day folklore - making history with every composition.
