DIRECTED by Martin Scorsese, the award-winning documentary No Direction Home: Bob Dylan will feature two and a half hours of bonus and never-seen-before content.
The release will also include extended scenes from the film and full-length interviews with Scorsese, Dave van Ronk and Liam Clancy.
A Special Edition Deluxe Box will be produced including both Blu-ray and DVD versions of the film and bonus content, as well as an exclusive Bob Dylan magazine that features reproductions of historical articles, plus three high-quality lithographic photo prints of Dylan.
This announcement comes after Dylan was honoured with a Nobel Prize in literature last month.
Produced by Nigel Sinclair who recently saw success with The Beatles: Eight Days a Week - The Touring Years, Jeff Rosen, Susan Laxy and Anthony Wall the film focuses on the folk poets life and music from 1961 to 1966.
Featuring a detailed exploration of his journey through the folk music scene of New York's Greenwich Village to his decision to "go electric".
Rare film, tape and photographs picked from Dylan's vast collection also makes an appearance with footage from Murray Lerner's film Festival and interviews with Maria Muldaur, Pete Seeger and Joan Baez.
