Dig Vinyl launches six-month pop-up shop at the Albert Dock

ONE of Liverpool's most adored record shops Dig Vinyl has launched a six-month pop-up at the Albert Dock.

Opening its doors on October 28, Dig at the Dock will not only house records but also a variety of memorabilia, books, art prints and merchanise all related to music and Liverpool.

The Dig team will also be working with independent brands to bring in additional stock to offer a diverse collection of music-themed items.

Founded by Anthony Nyland and Carl Emery in 2014, Dig Vinyl is the product of many years  of record-dealing, Dj-ing, band managing and music making.

Co-founder Anthony said: "We’re really excited to join such amazing local independent businesses like Maray, The Nest, Lost Soles & Lunyalita in bringing culture, community and diverse retail and food offerings to the Dock.

“We look forward to working with these other businesses, and getting our friends from venues, radio stations, festivals & events all around the city involved to bring the music to the Dock.

"We’ve got lots of exciting things planned so watch this space!”

Dig at the Dock will also boast a collection of new and vintage stock, for music fans of all ages and will be open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from 11am to 5pm.

Dig Vinyl's flagship store can be found at the first floor of Resurrection at 27 Bold Street.
